The Iranian foreign ministry spokesman says Tehran gave the nuclear deal’s coordinator Enrqiue Mora some proposals to restart the Vienna talks and that Mora will hand them over to the US. Saeed Khatibzadeh was speaking at his weekly news briefing on Monday.
