Moon Eclipse Catches Eyes in Mount Damavand

Iran’s Mount Damavand, the highest peak in Iran and the highest volcano in Asia, is a perfect place to watch the lunar eclipse, the most recent case of which happened on Friday night.

A mountain climbing team, who had been stationed at the altitude of 4,200 metres above the sea level on Friday evening, have taken beautiful photos of the Blood Moon at this altitude. The group ended their trip on Monday.
