Traffic police officer gunned down in southeast Iran 

A traffic police officer has been shot and killed by unknown gunmen in southeastern Iran.

The attack happened in the city of Saravan in Sistan and Balouchestan Province.

A police official said the assailants sprayed Captain Abbasi with bullets while he was on duty and sped away.

The official said police have found some clues as to who did the terrorist attack.
