People in Semnan make traditional cookies for the needy

A group of people in the Iranian city of Semnan have been making traditional cookies for the needy during the holy month of Ramadan.

Making Golach and distributing them among families usually take place on different occasions such as during the fasting month of Ramadan.

Golach is prepared by combining flour, sugar and additives. The dough is then fried in oil. Golach has a unique taste and pleasant aroma.
