Chabahar’s Martian or Miniature Mountains, which are called Kalani or Aria in the local dialect, are located 35 to 40 kilometers off the southeastern Iranian port city of Chabahar.
The mountains are between white and grey in color. But with the change in lighting, over the course of the day, their color changes and gets darker.
The area is visited by many tourists from across Iran every year, specially during Nowruz holidays marking the Persian New Year.
