Aliyev said Nowruz is a symbol of love and respect for nature and a manifestation of the life philosophy.
The Azeri president added, “I am confident that in line with the determination of the peoples of our countries who commemorate the lofty values of Nowruz, we will make joint efforts to further strengthen our friendship and cooperation.”
The Azeri president also wished Raisi and the Iranian people health and success.
