Ayatollah Khamenei made the donation on the occasion of the 35th Flower Showering Festival that is held by Iran’s Headquarters of Diyeh (compensation for bodily harm).
The Flower Showering Festival is held each year during the holy month of Ramadan in the presence of a group of officials and charitable people in Tehran and other Iranian cities
