Armed terrorists engaged in combat with Iranian law enforcement forces in the province of Sistan and Baluchestan, leading to the killings of several Iranian security personnel.
The fighting broke out on Saturday in Goharkooh base, where the terrorists ambushed two patrols of the security forces.
Following the terrorist incident, Iran’s Interior Minister, Eskandar Momeni, ordered an investigation into the event.
