⦁ 1. Begin the planning process early

Field trips require adequate planning and various requirements. To comply with the standards and conditions, it is necessary to start the planning process early, probably six weeks before the actual day. If it is a trip to other continents, you begin planning ten months before the trip. Early planning will enable you to secure necessary permits and understand particular challenges such as weather, transport status, health challenges that may affect the journey. Besides, you can plan school trips from adaptable travel to some of the most engaging and incredible worldwide locations at the very best prices. Proper and timely planning will help maximize your trip adventure.

⦁ 2. Check on multiple destinations.

Multiple destinations offer various activities; some destinations are suitable for observations, while other destinations simultaneously provide action and observation. When taking small kids on a field trip, you should consider destinations that offer excellent views and engage them wisely. When taking teenagers for a field trip, the observation should be a key focus since they engage more in recording data and visual learning. These destinations can also provide teenagers with a good photo session after finishing the field trip.

⦁ 3. Minimize the field trip costs

The greatest advice when planning for a field trip is to avoid high season trips. Off-season planning will help you avoid high travel, lodging, and entry costs. Planning for trips during low or mid-seasons will reduce the trip cost and give the students more time to interact with the environment. Students learn more in a less congested environment, and that is why trip planners should focus on low season travels. When the cost of the trip is too high, some students may not be able to attend; hence the objective and the fun of field trips will not be achieved.

⦁ 4. Conduct a survey.

It is good that you visit the planned destination before the students embark on the field trip. Conducting a survey will enable you to have a picture of the destination, do adequate planning, get the right contact for communication, support, and prepare the students for the upcoming adventure. If you are not sure or decided on the right destination to do a survey, you can get help from trip experts since they have a vast catalog of suitable destinations for field trips.

⦁ 5. Contact the right source.

Suppose you have not conducted a survey, you can contact the appropriate authorities who will help you with the trip planning and logistics. If it is a trip to a park or some tourist destination, contact the company, inform them about your needs and let them direct you to the right source of information or personnel. Getting the right source will help you understand the students’ financial needs, activities, and lodging needs.

⦁ 6. Engage the students and parents.

Before you engage parents and students, ensure you have various destinations in mind. Engage them so that they can help you come up with an appropriate destination based on the travel costs and the contribution of the site to classroom learning. After deciding on the destination, set the rules and what students should carry for the trip. You can also set the trip duration and timetable.

⦁ 7. Set the objectives for the trip

After you engage the parents and students, it is good that you come up with the objectives of the trip. You can set the learning outcomes you expect from the students after the trip. You can also engage the students to have a glimpse of what they wish to obtain during a field trip. You can also formulate the strategies of how you envision the students to meet the trip’s objectives.

⦁ 8. Emergency planning

Uncertainties may befall your trip; it therefore necessary that you plan for these uncertainties by having the right back up, such as transportation backup. You can also include medical emergency plans just in case a student falls ill or an accident occurs.Expert Tips for Planning a Field Trip 11

6 Factors That Affect the Quality of Your Sleep

This article will explain some of the most common factors that can significantly improve the quality of your sleep.

Mattress

Many people don’t realize that their mattress can have a huge determination in their sleep quality. Sleeping on a worn-out or uncomfortable mattress will make it harder for you to fall asleep, will build up stress, and cause a lack of sleep. Not getting enough sleep will then weaken your body, lower your productivity and potentially lead to psychological problems like depression.

Choosing the right mattress is important to ensure you are getting adequate and quality sleep. There are many mattresses available and this Puffy review can give you some ideas about one option that is available. Some people prefer a hard surface while others can only sleep on soft mattresses, so whatever your preference is, you should choose a mattress that is suitable to your needs. The right mattress will provide lots of comfort after a long day at work, help lift your mood, and maintain your peace of mind.

Lighting

Some people can only sleep when there is not a single ray of light anywhere in the bedroom, while others need to keep at least a little light on. Lighting also plays an important role in determining the quality of your sleep. If you usually find it hard to fall asleep, you should make sure your bedroom is curtained and kept as dark as possible during the night.

This will help you to fall asleep more quickly, because any source of bright light can trick your body into thinking that it is still daytime and this will delay sleep. Adjusting the brightness of your bedroom can improve the quality of your sleep far more substantially than you can imagine.

Noise

Noise is another factor that can interfere with your sleep. Some people find it easier to fall asleep when listening to soft or classical music, but for others, an extremely quiet environment is required for them to sleep soundly.

If you are the latter type, remember there are always earbuds you can use to make sure noise is not getting in the way of your sleep.6 Factors That Affect the Quality of Your Sleep

Your Bedroom

Sometimes, your sleep environment is the reason you are not getting adequate sleep. Are you comfortable in the place of your sleep? Do you feel safe? Do you feel there is enough air circulation in your bedroom?

Usually, a room too small, or without a window, or with too many plants, will make it impossible for you to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Try improving your sleep environment and see if you will feel better physically and mentally.

Chemicals

Certain medication or chemicals like caffeine, alcohol or nicotine will make it harder for you to fall asleep and stay asleep. Some people are really sensitive to chemicals in tea and coffee, and are not able to sleep well if they drink either one during the day.

If you are sensitive to these chemicals, it is best to avoid drinking them, or only drink in the early morning.

Stress

People experiencing a high level of stress, anxiety or depression will find it much more difficult to sleep well at night. Even if they finally fall asleep, they will still be on alert and quickly wake if there’s any noise or bright light.

This is because our bodies react to stressful situations by staying awake. If all the other external factors have been improved, and you are still finding it hard to sleep at night, you may need to consider your mental health and stress level.

Sometimes, the reason may be due to your relationships with others that are not going well. Going to sleep while feeling angry or irritated with someone can actually keep you up all night.

Clearly there are many issues that this can cause which are not healthy, so make sure to talk and let all your stress out before going to bed. Addressing this factor can be critical to ensuring you are getting adequate and quality sleep at night.

Besides these common factors, there are still other reasons that can interfere with your sleep temporarily such as jet lag or changing work shifts. It is important to look into the causes of your poor sleeping habits and adjust them according to your needs.

Only by ensuring you are getting adequate and quality sleep at night, will you be able to maintain a strong body, mind, and spirit for every new day to come!

Rouhani Says Confident Iran’s Ties with Turkmenistan Will Develop

In a phone conversation with his Turkmen counterpart Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow on Wednesday, President Rouhani said, “Iran is ready to cooperate with Turkmenistan in the field of healthcare and fighting coronavirus.

He urged that the communication between the officials and the exchange of experiences of the two countries in the fight against the virus should continue more than before.
“Today, all countries around the world are facing the coronavirus outbreak and we should help each other in combatting the virus,” he noted.

The outbreak of coronavirus has decreased trade and economic relations between the two countries, Rouhani said, expressing hope that cooperation and relations will further develop in various economic fields in the coming months with an increased control over the disease and the efforts of officials of the two countries.

He further congratulated him, his government and the people of Turkmenistan on Eid al-Adha as the great feast of all Muslims around the world.

“Development of relations and cooperation with Turkmenistan is important to us because we have shared a common history and culture and good neighbourliness over the centuries and there has always been friendship and cooperation between the two countries,” he said.
The president described as “positive” certain measures taken to solve the problems of transportation and exchange of goods between the two countries, such as the construction of a new road bridge on the Sarakhs border and the resumption of rail traffic in order to develop trade and economic cooperation between the two countries, and stressed the importance of continuing these efforts.

For his part, Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow congratulated the government and people of Iran on Eid al-Adha as one of the holy feasts of the Islamic world, saying, “Eid al-Adha is the symbol of humanity, mercy and generosity, and I hope that this feast brings peace, stability and mercy for the entire world.”

Referring to the deep-rooted and historical relations and cooperation between the two countries, Berdimuhamedow said, “Fortunately, Iran and Turkmenistan have very good relations and common grounds in various economic, political and cultural fields and cooperation in international organisations.”

Referring to the COVID-19 pandemic in the world and the praiseworthy efforts of the international community to combat it, he said, “We can achieve good results in the fight against coronavirus through cooperation and coordinated efforts.”

Praising the Iranian President for his efforts to develop relations between the two countries, Berdimuhamedow called for the enhancement of cooperation for further border exchanges and the development of related guidelines, as well as scientific and health cooperation and joint ventures.

He finally reaffirmed Iran’s preparedness to contribute to promotion of the Afghan-Afghan dialogue at the request of the parties involved.

The Taliban on Tuesday announced a three-day ceasefire in Afghanistan during the Muslim festival of Eid al-Adha starting on Friday.

In a statement, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid ordered the group’s militants “to refrain from carrying out any operation” during the Eid al-Adha celebrations but warned any attack “by the enemy” would be met with force.

Harassment of Iranian Airliner Shows US Weakness: Tehran

President Hassan Rouhani on Wednesday called on the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the UN Security Council and all countries to deal with this “act of terror” committed by the US government.

“This mischievous act by the US government shows their anti-Iran policies have failed,” he said.

“They have only one option, and there is no second one. They should comply with the law, agreements and regulations, and make up for the damage they have inflicted on the Iranian people,” the president said.

He also lashed out at the White House for seeking to convince the UN Security Council member states to extend an arms embargo against Iran, which is to expire in October.

“Day in day out, they kept trying from the White House like a broker, and they have failed to achieve any success so far; of course, should they succeed one day, we will give them a crushing response,” President Rouhani noted.

He then urged resistance again enemies and ill-wishers of the Establishment and the country.

“Our enemies have hatched different plots in order to put the brakes on the development and progress of the country, and we should strongly stand up to them and foil their plots,” he noted.

Iran's Military Satellite Takes High-Resolution Images of US Base in Qatar 5

Photos released by IRGC-affiliated news agencies show that the satellite has taken high-resolution mosaic images of Al-Udeid Air Base.

Earlier, the US military had said that ballistic missile fire detected from the IRGC‘s ongoing war games in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz has resulted in US troops being put on alert at Al-Udeid Air Base and Al-Dhafra Air Base in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

“The incident lasted for a matter of minutes and an all clear was declared after the threat … had passed,” said Central Command spokeswoman Beth Riordan.

Brigadier General Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the IRGC Aerospace Units, had earlier said that the military exercises were being monitored by Noor satellite.

The war games involved a mock US aircraft carrier, which was targeted by IRGC with a missile fired from a helicopter.

Drones separately targeted the bridge of the fake carrier.

Footage from the exercise dubbed The Great Prophet 14 showed speedboats encircling the replica, commandos rappelling onto the deck of the vessel, and scuba forces underwater.

Anti-aircraft batteries were seen firing from a location that the report described as being near the port city of Bandar Abbas.

Land-based trucks also launched missiles and troops used shoulder-fired missiles.
