Pricing Your SEO: Tips to Follow When You Work with a White Label Agency

When you become an SEO reseller, you’ll gain a lot of freedom. Not only will you be able to devote more time to the efforts you really care about, but you’ll also have the flexibility to take on more clients — and to make more money.

One of the great things about becoming a reseller is that you’ll gain access to SEO services at a wholesale price. That allows you to save money from the start, but it also lets you mark up the price of these services to your own clients. Ultimately, this can allow your business to grow exponentially.

However, you’ll still need to price those SEO services correctly in order to prosper. There isn’t one standard rate for SEO services, particularly because service packages come with different deliverables and perks based on the provider. Even among white label agencies, you’ll see quite a bit of variation in terms of cost.

This can make it difficult to determine how much you should be charging your clients for these services. If you charge too little, you’ll miss out on a major opportunity and undervalue what you can offer. But if you charge too much, clients might be scared off and work with a competitor who can offer a lower price.

Finding that “sweet spot” is a must, but how do you determine pricing for your outsourced SEO services? These tips should point you in the right direction.

Scope Out the Competition

Establishing the right pricing strategy for your SEO depends on conducting a competitive analysis first. You need to take a closer look at your competitors and what they’re charging for SEO services. This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to offer the lowest-priced SEO, however. Their pricing can give you a general idea of what to expect, but it may not tell the whole story. You’ll also need to consider what’s included in their packages and how your services will differentiate you in the marketplace.

Once you really understand what they’re offering (and what they aren’t), you can figure out how you’ll fill the gap and how you can justify a certain percentage of markup without undervaluing or overpricing.

Zero in on Value

In some cases, the deliverables that you value might differ from the ones your customer values. You might understand that long-form content is critical for websites, but your client may value other marketing aspects a bit more right now. This will largely depend on your client’s experience with SEO and their individual marketing goals.

Even if your idea of value doesn’t totally align, you can use this information to inform your pricing structure. Whether you’re focusing on new leads or you have current customers to question, you’ll want to figure out exactly what they value most. Whether or not those ideas reflect current SEO trends, those are the deliverables your clients will be willing to pay the most for.

That said, illustrating the value of a specific deliverable for your customer — even if they aren’t yet on board — will make all the difference. If you really show how certain products and strategies can allow them to achieve their end goals, they’ll be a lot more willing to shift their marketing budget around to accommodate your recommendations. Rather than trying to convince them to make a purchase with a slick sales pitch, personalize your approach and help them understand the cause and effect of SEO for their business. When a customer can identify the value of a service, they’ll usually be able to justify the price.

Know When to Listen

Customer feedback is incredibly valuable. Getting to know where your customers are coming from — and what they’re willing to pay for — is essential when determining your SEO pricing. If you’re able to get a response from current or prospective customers (whether it be positive or negative), you’re gaining knowledge that you might not otherwise have.

On the other hand, that doesn’t mean you should always bend to every whim of your customer. There will always be clients who will try to negotiate for a lower price, despite whatever breaks you’ve given them in the past. That doesn’t mean you should leave your rates open for negotiation at any time or that you lower your price just because someone asks for a discount.

If you know your target customer is operating with a relatively limited marketing budget, you’ll want to listen to the feedback they provide if your prices aren’t close to feasible. Your prices should be in line with the kind of clients you’re trying to attract. What’s more, your prospective clients will be more likely to work with a digital marketing specialist who listens to their concerns and even adjusts their tactics accordingly.

But lowering your price just to please a client who’s looking for a deal isn’t a solid plan for your business. You’ll end up undercutting your profits in the long term and will have a harder time justifying price increases along the way. Setting boundaries with clients — and knowing when to say “no” to an opportunity or to a request — can allow your business to thrive. So while feedback is absolutely essential, one client’s opinion isn’t everything. Trust in the research you’ve done and learn how to differentiate between a legitimate cost concern and a customer who wants to nickel and dime you.

With these pricing tips in mind, you’ll be in a better position to create a profitable business and ensure your customers’ needs are being met. Of course, working with a white label SEO company makes all of that possible. If you’re looking for ways to allow your business to grow while reducing the time you spend on deliverables, this can be the solution you’ve been looking for.

5 Signs She Is Cheating on Me

When you spend so much time with an individual, you start to learn a lot about one another, but eventually, you will be able to tell if your partner is acting differently towards you, or cheating on you.

these actions are cruel and become consistent, then you may start to wonder if your girlfriend is spending her time with another man. The thought of someone we love cheating on us is something that many people are afraid of when they get in a relationship, and the image of someone you love giving their attention to another man is humiliating and hurtful. If you’re worried about your relationship and think your girlfriend is being unfaithful, here are 5 signs that she is cheating on you.

She is Acting Secretive

When people cheat on their partner, they will start to act withdrawn and secretive. If your girlfriend has found another man, she may start going out more and hanging out with people you have never heard of. She will lie or refuse to tell you where she is going, or she will disappear for long periods of time without letting you know where or who she is with. Your girlfriend may use excuses, like she had to work late or she had to be somewhere to support a friend. If you are unsure about the answers or responses that she is giving you, then it is your right to try and find evidence to back up what she told you. If she starts to act funny about you seeing her phone, then this should raise many red flags.

She Pays Less Attention to You

If your girlfriend has another love interest, then there is a high chance that she will stop paying as much attention to you. This could be in the form of spending less quality time with you, being late for or forgetting date nights, and/or she stops listening to you as much. She may neglect the home you share, your needs, and could even forget very important events, such as dinners with your family or your anniversary. When you do spend time together, she may pay more attention to her phone than you. If she has another man to care and worry about, then she could be more insensitive towards your problems, or she will not address them or acknowledge them at all.

She Starts Unnecessary Arguments

Another sign that your girlfriend is cheating on you is that she keeps looking for reasons to complain or fight and starts unnecessary arguments. If she isn’t acting jealous, then she may be nagging you constantly. The criticisms that she makes can come in a number of different forms and the reason she is doing this is because she isn’t happy with you. The relationship is no longer fulfilling her the way that it used to, so now she has no patience towards your faults. When someone isn’t happy in the relationship, then they will start to look elsewhere. Many people who are cheating on their partner will become more controlling and insecure, which will cause tension in your relationship.

She Won’t Get Serious

This point will require you to look back to the past. Some women will want to take a relationship slowly and are not interested in buying a house with their partner, getting married, having kids, etc. However, if you have talked about this in a serious way in the past and now, she is acting differently towards both of your goals or doesn’t want to talk about it at all, then this means that she has lost interest in your relationship and may be planning a life with someone else. The lack of commitment and change in her intentions will be seen in more than just a conversation, especially if she is trying to de-escalate the relationship by distancing herself from any commitments you have made as a couple.

Stops Showing Affection

One of the biggest signs that your girlfriend is no longer interested in you is the lack of affection. If your girlfriend doesn’t want to get close or intimate with you, or she gets uncomfortable when you do get close to each other, then this is a sign that she has lost enthusiasm and is no longer interested in being close to you. If you are deep enough into the relationship to say ‘I love you,’ the way that your partner responds or acts towards those words can show a lot. For example, she may avoid saying the words completely by ignoring your effort or changing the subject. If she says it quietly and doesn’t make any effort, whether she is cheating or not, there is a problem in your relationship

You should never jump to conclusions or accuse your partner without solid evidence. This will only cause arguments and make your relationship harder. If you don’t know if your girlfriend is cheating, then you should confront her in a calm manner, be completely honest with her, and get some answers.

Iran Unable to Buy COVID-19 Vaccine Due to US Sanctions: Tehran

Sima Sadat Lari said Iran is trying to make advance payments to purchase the COVAX coronavirus vaccine, but has been unable to do so, so far, due to the United States’ sanctions and problems with foreign currency transfer.

Elsewhere in her remarks, she said there are numerous claims about coronavirus vaccines produced across the world so far, but the World Health Organization can approve the degree of their effectiveness and immunization only after some time has passed.

She said news that coronavirus vaccines have been produced should not give us ease of mind and make us look at the pandemic as an ordinary issue because the extent of the immunity it builds up and the effectiveness of the vaccines are not clear yet.

“The most important questions about the coronavirus vaccines are, how effective the vaccine is and for what groups it is more effective,” she said.

“Deaths caused by the COVID-19 infection are more prevalent among the elderly and patients with underlying health conditions,” she noted.

She said the world has a population of roughly 8 billion people, and if each person needs two doses of the vaccine, some 16 billion doses of the COVID-19 vaccine will be needed.

“It is not clear how long it will take to produce this amount of the vaccine,” said the spokeswoman.

“The flu vaccine develops 60-70% immunity, at best. As for the coronavirus, we still don’t know how much immunity it will develop,” she noted.
“So, the best action to take in order to tackle coronavirus is physical distancing and using masks,” the spokeswoman noted.

“Of course, we should note that physical distancing is necessary, but not enough, and masks must be used, too,” she added.

“Even ventilation is very important,” Sadat Lari said.

Iran’s COVID-19 Fatalities Exceed 40,000: Ministry

In a press briefing on Thursday, Health Ministry spokeswoman Sima-Sadat Lari reported 11,517 new cases of COVID-19 infection, raising the total number of cases to 726,585.

So far, she added, 541,566 patients have recovered from the disease or been discharged from the hospital.

Lari said 5,614 patients are also in critical conditions caused by more severe infection.

The spokeswoman noted that 5,384,988 COVID-19 tests have been taken across the country so far.

She said the high-risk “red” zones include Tehran, Qom, Mazandaran, East Azarbaijan, Isfahan, Yazd, Ardabil, Khorasan Razavi, Khuzestan, Hamadan, West Azarbaijan, Bushehr, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Alborz, Lorestan, Markazi, Ilam, South Khorasan, Kermanshah, North Khorasan, Semnan, Gilan, Zanjan, Qazvin, Kurdistan, and Kerman provinces.
The “orange” and “yellow” zones also include Golestan, Hormozgan, Fars, and Sistan-and-Baluchestan provinces, she added.

Iran Nabs Terrorist Ringleader behind 2018 Ahvaz Attack

Habib Farajollah Cha’ab, the leader of the Harekatonnazal terror group, was identified and arrested by Iranian intelligence agents.

He intended to carry out several other major terrorist operations in Tehran and Khuzestan province in recent years.

He had also been recently planning to conduct a terror operation before being arrested.

The terror group is operating under the direct support of Saudi and Israeli intelligence services.

Despite international warrants for the group’s senior members, it kept leading terrorist operations in Iran.

Cha’ab, the mastermind behind Ahvaz attacks, has also shed light on other terror operations carried out by the group.

On 22 September 2018, a military parade was attacked by terrorists in the southwestern Iranian city of Ahvaz. The assailants killed 25 people, including troops attending the parade as well as and civilian bystanders.

Since a few years ago, November 10 has been marked in the country as National Kish Island Day. The move is mainly aimed at giving identity to the lifestyle of residents on an island which enjoys a civilization going back hundreds of years, and which, as a unique tourist spot, has a lot to say in cultural and social domains.

Given the coronavirus pandemic, the occasion was marked differently this year.

VP Hails Iranian Women’s Key Role in Struggle with Sanctions

Speaking at a Wednesday meeting, held in commemoration of female Iranian entrepreneurs, Vice-President Ebtekar lauded the Iranian women for working shoulder to shoulder with the men in withstanding the harshest sanctions and pressures against Iran with fortitude.

Highlighting the great responsibilities that Iranian women have shouldered in the social, economic and scientific spheres, she said a growing number of women have become involved in the scientific activities and knowledge-based programs in recent years and have brought glory to the country with their great scientific achievements.

Iran is currently at the cutting edge of science in many fields, the vice-president noted, saying the achievements of the Iranian scientists and researchers indicate the great potential for scientific and knowledge-based activities.

She further explained that any country and organization with remarkable scientific, economic and industrial advances has first reformed its local ecosystem and adapted it to the purposes.

Ebtekar finally pointed to the strategies she has adopted after taking office to make the necessary changes to the country’s technology ecosystem in order to pay the way for the promotion of knowledge-based activities.

“Today, I’m delighted to say that the number of knowledge-based companies have risen from some 500 to around 5,400,” she added, noting that the value of products of the Iranian knowledge-based firms exceeded 120 trillion tomans in the last Iranian year.

In remarks in September, Vice President for Science and Technology Sorena Sattari said more than 5,300 knowledge-based companies had been established in the country under the aegis of the administration over the past six years.

According to Sattari, the governmental supports for the domestic enterprises have resulted in the opening of over 5,300 knowledge-based companies in the past six years.

Iranian Women Entrepreneurs Recognized for Innovative Activities

Iranian Women Entrepreneurs Recognized for Innovative Activities

They presented their capabilities in a ceremony attended by Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology, and Masoumeh Ebtekar, the vice president for family and women’s affairs, who commended the entrepreneurs for their activities.

In the ceremony, Sattari said the creation of an appropriate ecosystem for women’s innovative activities as well as trying to pave the way for that is among the priorities of the Science and Technology Department of the Presidential Office.

“In the early days of moving towards [creating] a knowledge-based ecosystem, top researchers and professors conducted a survey, which was published under the name “Getting to know the Silicon Valley.” This book answers the question why this area is unique. The reason is that it highlights the existence of a proper ecosystem for innovative activities and the existence of its culture,” said Sattari.

He said a proper atmosphere to promote innovative activities among women is a prelude to boosting their businesses innovatively.

“The same thing goes for women’s knowledge-based businesses. If an ecosystem is created for their activities, we will definitely see women play a more pivotal in this arena,” he added.

He said women should be given the chance to stabilize their role in bringing change.

Meanwhile, Ebtekar noted that women have been moving forward on the scientific front and secured good achievements in the promotion of science and technology.
