Your Excellency,
Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman,
Hello and greetings, and may God’s praise be upon you
I wholeheartedly congratulate Your Majesty and Muslim people of your country on the National Day of the Sultanate of Oman.
I hope relations between the two brotherly and friendly countries will further expand in light of rapport, cooperation and collaboration on all fronts.
I ask God Almighty to bestow health and success upon Your Excellency and grant Muslim people of the Sultanate of Oman dignity and prosperity.
