All newspapers today covered the remarks made by President Hassan Rouhani in his address to the UN General Assembly.
They particularly hailed his response to the anti-Iran comments earlier made by US President Donald Trump. The comments by IRGC Commander Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari about Iran’s future response to Trump’s remarks also received great coverage.
Another top story was the remarks made by French President Emmanuel Macron about the possibility of adding articles to the nuclear deal between Iran and world powers. Macron says the nuclear deal can be extended to the time after its expiry date.
