Yemen’s Ansarullah warns will continue to target Israeli ships

The Ansarullah movement in Yemen has renewed its warning that Israeli ships are legitimate targets in the Red Sea in retaliation for the Israeli regime’s resumption of attacks on the Gaza Strip.

The Yemeni army’s spokesman Yahya Sarei said on Friday, “Yemen’s Ansarullah will continue to stop the movement of Israeli ships in the Red Sea,” as long as the Israeli carnage in the besieged Palestinian strip territories continues.

Late on Thursday, Yemen’s Armed Forces in a statement vowed to expand their attacks against Israeli targets inside the occupied territories

The warning came hours before a temporary ceasefire expired on Friday morning and Israel resumed its attacks on 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza.

Yemen’s Ansarullah has recently seized an Israeli-linked cargo ship off the Red Sea in retaliation for the Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip.

Over 15,000 Palestinians, almost two thirds of them women and children, have been killed in the Israeli onslaught that started on October 7.
