Iran’s President Unveils New COVID-19 Restrictions

Iran's President Unveils New COVID-19 Restrictions

Addressing a Saturday session of the National Coronavirus Headquarters, President Rouhani said the new restrictions for the battle with COVID-19 will come into force on November 21.

Details of the new scheme would be finalized this week and the restrictions will be in effect until the eradication of the pandemic, even in the next Iranian year, the president said, noting that the Health Ministry and the executive base of the National Coronavirus Headquarters have the main responsibility to carry out the plan.

President Rouhani reiterated that the only option for people is to take care of themselves, their families and friends.

Although the restrictions entail closure of certain businesses and punishments, this is indeed a warning to people that the circumstances are delicate, he said.

In separate comments, the spokesperson for the National Coronavirus Headquarters said more than 100 cities will be categorized as high-risk red zones under the new program, meaning restrictions on the businesses and activities of the occupation categories 2, 3, and 4.

The limitations enforced in the orange zones would apply to 150 cities, while at least 155 other towns will come into the category of yellow zones with low risk of coronavirus, the spokesperson added.

According to the new restrictions in the areas categorized as red zone, only a third of the employees will be allowed to leave home for work purposes, and road travels (entering and leaving the zone) would be also limited.

The death toll from the novel coronavirus in Iran has surpassed 40,000 and the number of cases of infection has exceeded 740,000. Nearly 550,000 patients have recovered from the disease in Iran or been discharged from the hospital.

Darband Rashi Cave 1

Darband Rashi is indeed an ancient site including a large cave named “Kavilgar”, with an approximate length of 60 metres; and a smaller cave of about 30 metres named “Darband B” (Jokavileh). The mouth of both caves is located in the southern part of the site.

It is the only known Iranian cave with ancient remains belonging to the Lower Paleolithic.

What follows are Tasnim News Agency’s photos of Darband Rashi Cave, which is registered in the list of Iranian national monuments:

Iranian researchers have been trying hard to develop a vaccine for the deadly virus since its outbreak.

They have made major breakthroughs in that regard and introduced several vaccines for coronavirus

The Islamic Republic is trying to develop its own vaccine as the US sanctions are expected to impede the country’s purchase of the vaccine already developed by American and German companiea, according to Health Ministry spokesman.

Spokesman Rejects NY Times’ Report on Killing of Al-Qaeda Element in Iran

Iran Condemns Canada’s Human Rights Resolution

Asked by reporters about the reports released by Israeli sources and a recent story by the New York Times which claims that an official of the al-Qaeda terrorist group has been assassinated in Iran, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson strongly denied any presence of the terrorist group’s members in Iran.

Khatibzadeh also advised the American media not to be entrapped by the Hollywood-style scenarios fabricated by the US and the Zionist regime’s officials.

The al-Qaeda terrorist group is a result of the wrong policies adopted by the US and its allies in the region, he noted, adding, “In order to shirk responsibility for the criminal activities of that group (al-Qaeda) and the other terrorist groups in the region, Washington and Tel Aviv try every now and then to draw a link between Iran and such groups through falsification and the leakage of fabricated information to the media.”

“Although the US has not refrained from levelling any false accusation against the Islamic Republic of Iran in the past, such approach has become a permanent modus operandi at the current US administration, as the White House has attempted to make advances in implementing its Iranophobia plot by repeating such allegations,” the spokesman added.

“Such accusations are undoubtedly part of the full-fledged economic, intelligence and psychological war against the Iranian people, and the media should not act as a tribune for spreading the White House’s purposeful lies about Iran,” the Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson concluded.

His comments came after the New York Times reported on Friday that al-Qaeda’s second-in-command, accused of helping to mastermind the 1998 bombings of two US embassies in Africa, has been killed in Iran in August by Israeli operatives acting at the behest of the US.

The US newspaper claimed that Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah, who went by the nom de guerre Abu Muhammad al-Masri, was shot dead by two men on a motorcycle in Tehran more than three months ago.

Karabakh Truce Deal Not to Change Iran-Armenia Transit Routes: Official

Karabakh Truce Deal Not to Change Iran-Armenia Transit Routes

Seyed Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s deputy foreign minister for political affairs, says some forged maps are unfortunately going viral on the Internet.

“Unfortunately, wrong and misleading information coupled with fabricated maps are being spread in cyberspace. There have been claims such as the cutting off of Iran’s border with Armenia, the creation of a corridor inside Aremenia or even inside Iran, the change of the region’s geopolitics, etc., which are not basically true and have been made with specific political and propaganda objectives,” he said.

Araqchi then touched upon the main map of the agreement.

“As it can be seen in this map, the claim that a geographical strip is to be created next to Iran’s border with Armenia is totally groundless,” said Araqchi, the Iranian president’s special envoy who presented Iran’s Nagorno-Karabakh peace initiative.

“What is mentioned in the Karabakh ceasefire agreement is to create a road corridor, or let’s say a transit route, inside the Armenian territory which would extend from Nakhchivan toward the Azerbaijan Republic’s mainland and whose security will be guaranteed by Russia, and whose exact course is not yet clear,” he noted.

“This is not a new idea and was proposed long ago, and even if the plan is implemented, there will be so many ifs and buts. However, it will cause no change in Iran’s transit routes toward Armenia or the Azerbaijan Republic,” he said.

“Still, our consultations are going on with all sides. Just Wednesday afternoon, I had a lengthy discussion with the Russian ambassador to Tehran in this regard,” he added.

461 More Iranians Die of COVID-19: Ministry

In her press briefing on Friday, Sima-Sadat Lari reported 11,737 new cases of COVID-19 infection, raising the total number of cases to 738,322.

So far, she added, 546,642 patients have recovered from the disease or been discharged from the hospital.

Lari said 5,630 patients are also in critical conditions caused by more severe infection.
The spokeswoman noted that 5,424,479 COVID-19 tests have been taken across the country so far.

She said the high-risk “red” zones include Tehran, Qom, Mazandaran, East Azarbaijan, Isfahan, Yazd, Ardabil, Khorasan Razavi, Khuzestan, Hamadan, West Azarbaijan, Bushehr, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Alborz, Lorestan, Markazi, Ilam, South Khorasan, Kermanshah, North Khorasan, Semnan, Gilan, Zanjan, Qazvin, Kurdistan, and Kerman provinces.

The “orange” and “yellow” zones also include Golestan, Hormozgan, Fars, and Sistan-and-Baluchestan provinces, she added.

Is Trumpism Over?

Most countries in the world, including a large part of the Americans people, are very delighted with Trump leaving, and it’s really a happy event, because during four years of his presidency, in addition to being dishonest, he mishandled all the legal standards inside the government as well as violated international norms and became an unpredictable leader.

His words, behaviours, and approaches helped the speedy decline of US credibility in the world, which had relatively improved before he took office and during his predecessor’s eight-year term.

Apparently, now the world must take a sigh of relief. Joseph Biden, who has been active and effective on the US politics for more than four decades, apparently won’t pursue Trump and will be probably more realistic, and now therefore everyone should be relatively relax and optimistic.

Four years ago, in articles, this author, explicitly pointing to Donald Trump’s psychological problems, asked if he might be capable and have the capacity and competence leading the world’s largest military and economic power.

Concurrently American psychologists and sociologists working on Trump’s mental health concluded he is a “narcissistic”. While every employee has to go through various stages, including psychological testing, before being hired, people who take over such sensitive positions, where existence of the mankind is at stake, should preferably go under those tests too. According to psychologists, “guns should not be given to persons suffering severe mental impulses”.

Analysing in one of my article, based on the book, “Political Psychology in International Relations”, by professor of University California, Dr. Rose McDermott (translated five years ago into Farsi by this author and published digitally on the website of the Age of Diplomacy), the author suggested that Donald Trump’s instance would be an interesting case for the psychological research of American leaders and presidents.

There have been cases tantamount to Trump’s, though much milder, which Dr. McDermott analysed – in detail, in another book, “Leaders, Decision Makings and Illness” – the psychological problems of some presidents of the United States during the past decades.

But Trump will leave the White House in 10 weeks, and in final weeks the President is dubbed “lame duck”, because he does not have enough time to take substantial actions. However, given Trump’s particular mental conditions and his narcissism as well as illusions, it is likely that he may take some adventurous actions with dangerous consequences.

Although it is very unlikely, this possibility should be given consideration. In the meantime, it is necessary to pay attention to another important point. It is true that Trump lost this election, but it should be noted that out of the 160 million American voters, 70 million voted for him. This is an important yet dangerous sign.

It means that Trump or Trumpism mentality in the US potentially does exist. And it reflects that half of American society continues and may be more in favour of Donald Trump’s way of working and his illusions.

Now the American society is actually divided into two parts, and this can potentially cause sociological and political problems in America as well as other countries, and basically the international community, international organizations, and eventually the international system as a whole.

Political Crisis in the United Sates

This is not new and has not been unexpected by someone with Trump’s personality. This has been pretty unprecedented in the two centuries ever since the establishment of the States; hence it may cost not only the credibility of the country but having consequential for international society.

Apart from psychological reasons, being conducive to such immature behaviour on the part of the leader of the world’s greatest political and military power, this will put the structure and legitimacy of the United States governance in limbo and for sure, shakes the democracy in the country. The United State has always boasted of its democracy and encouraged other nations to follow suit. Now anyone may call into question this model of democracy.

Of course, such a mindset is not limited to Trump himself or the Republican Party (with which all members of that party may not necessarily agree). The world is now witnessing the fact that 70 million Americans -regardless of their political or economic motives – agree with Trump. Therefore, Americans can no longer consider their country as the cradle of democracy, and it appears that this political phenomenon in that country was nominal.

Therefore, it is worth noting that people like Trump are not few in the United States and have authoritarian tendencies, and in order to achieve their goal, they may follow Machiavelli, who justifies the goal of the device. Undoubtedly, such a mindset can be very

Dangerous in a country with the greatest economic-military power. Another development last week was the dismissal of the US Secretary of Defence in the final weeks of Trump’s administration. However, it is said that the Secretary of Defence had previously intended to resign due to disagreements with the president

This is unique in the history of the United States, because the reason for this action alone cannot be just disagreement, especially as the secretary of defence and the president themselves know well that they do not work together few more weeks and cannot make fundamental and strategic decisions at this point. This has caused experts and analysts to look at this issue with concern, because the change of the Minister of Defence also has an implied meaning. Since President Trump may suddenly decide to take military and adventurous action to create a made-up crisis and, of course, show off. Former United States President Richard Nixon was said to have a keen interest in attracting the attention of others, and sometimes to satisfy this desire, he did take took strange and dangerous measures.

An example was Nixon decision at a time when his desire for attracting attention of others   was strongly reinforced and then he ordered the bombing of Cambodia in 1973, in where thousands of innocent people were killed whereas the agreement for the end of a decade of the Vietnam War had already been signed, but ironically the bombing of Cambodia continued.

Although the severity of Nixon’s psychological problem was far less than incumbent US president, given Trump’s character to make the same disastrous decision, which is not improbable, will be catastrophic. Though this probability is slim we hope never come true.

After the bombing of Cambodia, an American psychologist said that the world was so lucky that Nixon’s problem did not reinforce when he put his finger on the button of the nuclear bomb and make a hell. Ultimately, Trump will inevitably have to leave the office, but much better if he does it on right time and let remaining credibility of the United States be intact.

Pricing Your SEO: Tips to Follow When You Work with a White Label Agency

When you become an SEO reseller, you’ll gain a lot of freedom. Not only will you be able to devote more time to the efforts you really care about, but you’ll also have the flexibility to take on more clients — and to make more money.

One of the great things about becoming a reseller is that you’ll gain access to SEO services at a wholesale price. That allows you to save money from the start, but it also lets you mark up the price of these services to your own clients. Ultimately, this can allow your business to grow exponentially.

However, you’ll still need to price those SEO services correctly in order to prosper. There isn’t one standard rate for SEO services, particularly because service packages come with different deliverables and perks based on the provider. Even among white label agencies, you’ll see quite a bit of variation in terms of cost.

This can make it difficult to determine how much you should be charging your clients for these services. If you charge too little, you’ll miss out on a major opportunity and undervalue what you can offer. But if you charge too much, clients might be scared off and work with a competitor who can offer a lower price.

Finding that “sweet spot” is a must, but how do you determine pricing for your outsourced SEO services? These tips should point you in the right direction.

Scope Out the Competition

Establishing the right pricing strategy for your SEO depends on conducting a competitive analysis first. You need to take a closer look at your competitors and what they’re charging for SEO services. This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to offer the lowest-priced SEO, however. Their pricing can give you a general idea of what to expect, but it may not tell the whole story. You’ll also need to consider what’s included in their packages and how your services will differentiate you in the marketplace.

Once you really understand what they’re offering (and what they aren’t), you can figure out how you’ll fill the gap and how you can justify a certain percentage of markup without undervaluing or overpricing.

Zero in on Value

In some cases, the deliverables that you value might differ from the ones your customer values. You might understand that long-form content is critical for websites, but your client may value other marketing aspects a bit more right now. This will largely depend on your client’s experience with SEO and their individual marketing goals.

Even if your idea of value doesn’t totally align, you can use this information to inform your pricing structure. Whether you’re focusing on new leads or you have current customers to question, you’ll want to figure out exactly what they value most. Whether or not those ideas reflect current SEO trends, those are the deliverables your clients will be willing to pay the most for.

That said, illustrating the value of a specific deliverable for your customer — even if they aren’t yet on board — will make all the difference. If you really show how certain products and strategies can allow them to achieve their end goals, they’ll be a lot more willing to shift their marketing budget around to accommodate your recommendations. Rather than trying to convince them to make a purchase with a slick sales pitch, personalize your approach and help them understand the cause and effect of SEO for their business. When a customer can identify the value of a service, they’ll usually be able to justify the price.

Know When to Listen

Customer feedback is incredibly valuable. Getting to know where your customers are coming from — and what they’re willing to pay for — is essential when determining your SEO pricing. If you’re able to get a response from current or prospective customers (whether it be positive or negative), you’re gaining knowledge that you might not otherwise have.

On the other hand, that doesn’t mean you should always bend to every whim of your customer. There will always be clients who will try to negotiate for a lower price, despite whatever breaks you’ve given them in the past. That doesn’t mean you should leave your rates open for negotiation at any time or that you lower your price just because someone asks for a discount.

If you know your target customer is operating with a relatively limited marketing budget, you’ll want to listen to the feedback they provide if your prices aren’t close to feasible. Your prices should be in line with the kind of clients you’re trying to attract. What’s more, your prospective clients will be more likely to work with a digital marketing specialist who listens to their concerns and even adjusts their tactics accordingly.

But lowering your price just to please a client who’s looking for a deal isn’t a solid plan for your business. You’ll end up undercutting your profits in the long term and will have a harder time justifying price increases along the way. Setting boundaries with clients — and knowing when to say “no” to an opportunity or to a request — can allow your business to thrive. So while feedback is absolutely essential, one client’s opinion isn’t everything. Trust in the research you’ve done and learn how to differentiate between a legitimate cost concern and a customer who wants to nickel and dime you.

With these pricing tips in mind, you’ll be in a better position to create a profitable business and ensure your customers’ needs are being met. Of course, working with a white label SEO company makes all of that possible. If you’re looking for ways to allow your business to grow while reducing the time you spend on deliverables, this can be the solution you’ve been looking for.
