The top Iranian diplomat arrived in India’s capital of New Delhi on Tuesday evening to take part in the Raisina Dialogue international conference.
In addition to a delivering a speech to the conference, Foreign Minister Zarif is going to hold meetings with Indian and other foreign officials on the sidelines of the international gathering.
