7 Recommended Amazon Seller Tools

Some of these tools will ensure all your product listings, offers, and creatives follow Amazon’s seller laws. In contrast, some will optimize the workflow of processing customer feedback, order management, and a high-speed resolution of client queries.

Here are 7 recommended seller tools to help your boost your chances of a greater income from Amazon:

  1. Amazon PPC

Eg: SellerApp

Nothing better than having the leading Ecommerce data intelligence software as a part of your panel of seller tools. Whether an acclaimed brand or a private label seller, the advanced PPC tools’ versatility will reduce your efforts in curating an optimization strategy.

Having a software act as your PPC manager is a pretty sure-shot process to increase your sales. The palette of options to alter PPC campaigns and the ease-of-use and understanding makes it a perfect starting point for new sellers looking to leverage the power of Amazon seller tools.

  1. Keyword Research

Eg: Helium 10

Sellers looking to give competition to fellow marketplace contenders have the most to gain from Helium 10. An extensive set of tools improve the seller’s capabilities of executing valuable keyword listings and further optimizing them for a sharp spike in sales.

Whether you are looking for harnessing the power of accurate priority-wise keyword holders, or high-volume and long-tail keywords, all under core product research, Helium 10 has it all.

The dashboard boasts a visually appealing makeover that radiates simplicity in managing your sales strategy and marketplace techniques. Even better, you can verify product ideas while indulging in detailed online business management.

  1. Helpdesk Software for Ecommerce

Eg: eDesk

Are you one of those sellers paying the price for poor customer management due to an unorganized and inefficient customer help desk? This software, eDesk, has been built to simplify the tasks related to the management of customer queries, order management, and support operations.

One unique attribute of eDesk is its ability to resolve tickets, rather than solely manage them. Every agent of the seller has real-time access to shipping information, pricing changes, iterations in product listings, and, most importantly, customer and order-related data.

Additionally, it collects every little customer interaction from your website and all marketplaces (including Amazon) to arrange them in one place. This, along with an automated query-assignment process based on the agent’s past history of query resolution, brings clarity amongst a seller’s customer support team.

  1. FBA Refunds

Eg: AmzRefund

Have you had to face the consequences of dealing with mistakes on behalf of your marketplace? AmzRefund is a tool that assists in a tidy and quicker process to acquire reimbursements that have arisen due to a blunder by Amazon.

Although Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) is already a top-rated perk for sellers on Amazon, many users fail to experience a comfortable time utilizing this feature. This service permits sellers to knock off FBA-related issues due to its specialty in resolving problems related to misplaced inventory, damaged deliveries, or even payment discrepancies.

Keep in mind, AmzRefund charges a 12% commission on each FBA query that they successfully resolve. It proves worth it as sellers generally face issues related to faulty commission fees, overcharged weight fees, and even customer returns management.

  1. Shipping

Eg: ShipWorks

How about a full-fledged management system regarding your available inventory, inventory pickups, customized invoices, and promotional emails in combination with shipping information? To top it up, sellers can also generate monthly reports regarding the units ordered, successfully delivered, damaged, yet in transit, returned, etc.

If you find yourself making plenty of sales across varied locations, ShipWorks would be a valuable addition to your seller tools’ arsenal. This tool offers hyper-speed order processing and assures your customers to keep in the loop and never have to follow-up.

This tool performs with minimal cloud latency, making it lightning-fast for high-volume sellers to cope with constant customer demands continually.

You can avail of the 30-day free trial before deciding to make this meager investment for the greater good.

  1. Amazon Seller App

If 3rd party tools can reduce your burden as a seller on Amazon’s marketplace, imagine what Amazon’s very own Amazon Seller App can do. It is a one-stop solution for all things linked to product listings, pricing management, customer interactions, feedback incorporation, and even your go-to point of contact with Amazon itself.

Remember, this solution is only for sellers who are involved in the act of purchasing products from one retailer and then redistributing them to other customers. The process is ridiculously simple even to manage from a smartphone (android).

You can modify offers and even click photos of top-notch quality to curate attractive and high-converting listings as a seller.

  1. Amazon Review Software

Eg: FeedBackGenius

Do you majorly rely on customer feedback to gain greater traction for your products on Amazon? Is your online business based on a customer-centric approach? FeedBackGenius functions in a manner that automates the littlest of communications between buyers and sellers.

The software has built a system that sends emails at strategic times during and after a client transaction. This increases the probability of getting the customer to drop in a review and increase your product listings ranking.

Users of this software are guaranteed Amazon verified reviews while simultaneously improving the customer’s buying experience.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, the software type you require entirely depends on what phase of the Amazon seller cycle you are on. Your customer reach, revenue generated, budget for seller tools, and even quantity of sales has a say in deciding whether or not to use Amazon seller tools.

Iran Says No Difference between Hook, His Successor

“No difference between John Bolton, Brian Hook or Elliott Abrams; when it comes to the US Iran policy, American officials have been bitten off more than they could chew,” Seyyed Abbas Mousavi tweeted on Friday.

“Same applies to Mike Pompeo, Donald Trump AND their successors,” he added, describing the US’ Iran policy as a “bankrupt” one.

His comments came after US State Secretary Mike Pompeo said on Thursday that Hook is leaving his post, and US special representative for Venezuela, Elliott Abrams, will add Iran to his role “following a transition period” with Hook.

In a tweet on Friday, Secretary of Iran’s National Security Council Ali Shamkhani said Hook is leaving the office without any success in carrying out his mission, just like Donald Trump’s former national security advisor John Bolton.

The Trump administration’s maximum pressure strategy was initially aimed at bringing about a “regime change” in Iran, but finally turned into “preventing Iran from becoming rich”, Shamkhani noted.

After Hook, “Mike [Pompeo] may also be forced to pack and leave before Donald [Trump]’s departure,” he added.

Alireza Miryousefi, spokesman for Iran’s mission to the United Nations in New York, has also downplayed Hook’s departure, saying it “does not concern us and is not something we consider as a game-changer.

“The so-called ‘maximum pressure’ campaign waged by the US government has failed,” he told Reuters.

“Iran is not on its knees, and will not do so regardless of who is in charge of implementing this bankrupt policy. Active Resistance,” he added.

Rouhani Praises Journalists’ Role in Fighting Spread of Fake News

In a Friday message marking the National Journalists’ Day, Rouhani said Iran is currently under the maximum pressure of sanctions and misinformation.

Under such circumstances, he said, the country needs journalists who take the reality out of the rubble of distortion, and add real hope to judgements and analyses so as to make them more realistic.

He referred to the National Journalists’ Day as a day of commemorating precious values like truth-seeking and awareness raising.

“At the current time when fake news and false accounts are targeting the people’s hope and trust, we are more than ever in need of a relentless pursuit of reality, awareness raising and unbiased account of events,” he added.

Rouhani said “our world and our country still need human beings who prefer truth to any belonging, and shed light on the complications, ambiguities, and darkness of our time.”

“In the battle of accounts and in the confrontation of authentic/fake and valid/invalid data, our country is wholeheartedly praising journalists who report the reality in full, whether it is bitter or sweet,” the president added.

“We believe awareness is a strong shield for the society, and a safe shelter for public opinion. Our future hinges on choices, and the consequence of choices depends on the existence or nonexistence of awareness.”

Rouhani praised the journalists’ role these days, amid the COVID-19 outbreak, and described them as protectors of both truth and health.

“One can see the heroes of Iran’s confrontation with the coronavirus pandemic both in hospitals and the medical system and in the production sector of the economy and among media professionals,” he added.

President Rouhani, Lebanese Counterpart Discuss Beirut Blast

In the phone call, President Rouhani expressed sympathy with the Lebanese government and people on behalf of the Iranian government and people, and said, “The Beirut port explosion was very sad and sorrowful for the Iranians as well, and they share the pain of the Lebanese people.”

“The Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Health of Iran, as well as the head of the Red Crescent Organisation, have been instructed to be in constant contact with their Lebanese counterparts, so that we can quickly meet any needs and help the friendly and brotherly Lebanese people.”

The President prayed for the victims of the explosion, and wished swift recovery for the injured, giving an assurance to the Lebanese President that whenever they needed any help and support, the Iranian nation and government will be by their side and will not hesitate to cooperate with the Lebanese people.

In turn, Aoun thanked the Iranian government and people for their condolences, saying, “The Lebanese people have always appreciated the attention and kindness of the Iranian people and government towards themselves”.

“Naturally, it is time-consuming to investigate all aspects of this incident and make a list of the damages and the assistance needed, but the history of relations and friendship between the two nations of Iran and Lebanon proves that whenever the Lebanese government and people need help, the Iranian nation and government does not withhold any help,” he noted.

“We are deeply grateful for the fraternal and friendly feelings of the Iranians towards us,” Aoun said.

A massive explosion rocked the Lebanese capital of Beirut on Tuesday evening, leaving at least 100 dead and over 5,000 injured.

The blast has been linked to a large supply of confiscated and potentially unsecured explosive material, stored in a warehouse at the city’s port, close to populated areas. As world leaders and international organizations step in to offer assistance, local officials are also launching an investigation into the blast.

The two Foreign Ministers described the recent meeting between the negotiating delegations as a positive step and expressed hope that the continuation of talks and the exchange of information between the relevant and competent authorities of the two countries would help resolve the case as soon as possible and in a way that is satisfactory to the people of the both countries, particularly to the families and relatives of victims of the tragic incident.

In remarks on Tuesday, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for International and Legal Affairs Mohsen Baharvand reacted to reports that Ukraine would insist on the maximum sum of compensation for the relatives of the jetliner crash victims, stressing that international documents and treaties will be the criteria for the sum of compensation that Iran is going to pay.

The Kiev-bound UIA Boeing 737 crashed shortly after taking off from Tehran on January 8, killing all 176 people on board, mostly Iranian and Canadian citizens.
