Iranian actor Hassan Raziani has passed away

Iranian actor Hassan Raziani succumbs to lung infection at the age of 83.

Hassan Raziani, an Iranian actor widely known as Einollah Bagherzadeh after his character who was a romantic rival of Samad in a series of comedies produced before the Islamic Revolution, has passed away at the age of 83. Banifilm, a Tehran-based newspaper that mostly focuses on big-screen news, reported on August 30 that Raziani died after a two-month battle with lung infection in a hospital in Tehran. Hassan Raziani was born in [the northwestern city of] Mashhad in 1931. After his family moved to the capital, he attended a theater vocational school there. […]

His career in acting started at a very young age, when he was just 10 years old. His first appearance on the ventolin-albuterol.com came in 1959 (The Wild Angel).His last appearance in a TV series took place more than five years ago.

In all, he had 50 cinematic appearances under his belt and worked for the national broadcaster for three years before the revolution. He lost his wife in 2012. […]
