Rouhani to Chair Iran’s Taskforce on Combatting Coronavirus

President Warns US of Retaliation If Iran’s Tankers Threatened

The move came after Iran’s Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani made a request to Islamic Revolution Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei for a change in the chairmanship of the taskforce.

In response, Ayatollah Khamenei “demanded” that Iran’s president accept the responsibility, said Iran Deputy Speaker of Parliament Masoud Pezeshkian last night in an interview with the Iranian state TV.

Referring to an ad hoc three and a half hour meeting between the parliament’s health commission and the health minister with Ali Larijani in attendance, Mr. Pezeshkian said, “The health minister explained his ministry’s measures and problems and the MPs raised their concerns, and some conclusions were drawn.”

“Parliament Speaker wrote a letter to the Leader to the effect, as far as I know, that the responsibility for combatting coronavirus must be lifted from the shoulders of the health ministry onto the government. In that meeting it was suggested that the commandment of the taskforce be handed over to the first vice president or someone else,” the official added.

Ayatollah Khamenei, however, said in reply to Larijani that the president himself accept the responsibility and lead the operations against the disease, says Mr. Pezeshkian.

Best Tips For Dealing With Customer Complaints On Your Resume Service

Still, at some point, you will probably face some customer objections. In most cases, the way you handle these complaints can make a difference in whether you keep customers in the long-term perspective, either lose them forever.

Below, we’ll provide you with 7 tips to make your company more proficient at managing complaints and resolving them in a way that satisfies both customers and your business. So, here’s what we recommend:

1. Start with giving a sincere apology

Despite there are many factors influencing outcomes of your online service work and some of them aren’t your fault, your business should take responsibility for any product-related problem. Sometimes, even a small gesture of apology (it may be a client package upgrade or a gift/discount certificate for the next purchase on your website) can result in a future positive recommendation instead of your reputation failure.

2. Show that you are listening

As a business, you might deal with complaints and handle them regularly. Still, from the customer’s point of view, his/her complaint is unique, and every client wants to know they are understood while their problems are heard. Reasonably, they are hoping you are willing and able to take care of the problem and fully complete their initial request. No matter what the situation is, treat every complaint as a chance for your resume writing team to advance its proficiency and learn to appreciate your customer for the feedback, whatever it was.Best Tips For Dealing With Customer Complaints On Your Resume Service

3. Ask instead of just telling

Remember that customer support isn’t always about being right, sometimes it’s rather about being willing to make it right. The challenge is to handle the situation showing that you are willing and able to address any other issues the customer may have. To do that, develop and use supportive questions applicable to your field of activity.

Keep away from asking customer questions like “Is there anything else wrong?”, as it will probably lead your discussion to a negative outcome. Conversely, querying on your further assistance with simple “How else can I help you today?” will demonstrate that your brand cares about its clients.

4. Empathize your customer

When dealing with negative feedback try to imagine how would you feel if you were the one making the complaint. Understanding your client’s feelings is a principal element of excellent customer service, especially when it comes to such an exclusive service as crafting one’s resume.

Let the customer deliver his/her feelings and do everything within your capabilities to resolve the issue. The aforementioned approach to solving problems in difficult or challenging situations will make your clients feel more than just a number on a database. They will calm down and trust your service more.

5. Offer a solution

Find out what kind of resolution would satisfy your client. If you can give them what they want, do it. In the adverse situation, try to find the alternative way out to stating your service’s customer loyalty. Finding some sort of satisfying compromise will prevent you from making a promise you cannot commit. Be polite and attentive when offering any type of solution. Take charge of the situation without delays and inform the customer what you are going to do to resolve the situation.Best Tips For Dealing With Customer Complaints On Your Resume Service

6. Maintain your brand’s social media presence

These days, social media platforms have gained the biggest popularity ever, and the job search market hasn’t become an exception. Modern businesses are more and more likely to use social media as a key means of communication with the public. With job search announcements gradually shifting from formal web platforms to social media channels, more and more users pay attention to the informal brands’ presence. For instance, the one who wants to order a personalized writing service will probably look through Resumewriters.com complaints to check whether your services worth his/her time and money based on other customers’ reviews.

7. Act on the obtained knowledge

To take the most out of customer complaints, keep comprehensive records of all initial problems your resume writing service faced and how did you solve it. Having those in a distance of several clicks will enable you to identify common issues your customers struggle with and take actions to enhance the processes of your service. Resolving customer complaints will also benefit you in a better understanding of their needs and improved chances to retain them as loyal customers.

Conclusion

In brief, there are several commonly used criteria to evaluate a resume writing service. Customer feedback, either positive or negative, is among the most influential ones. Having a clear plan for dealing with customer complaints is a strong tool for your customer service team to manage unhappy customers quickly and effectively.

Doctors, Nurses Who Die in Fight against Coronavirus Are ‘Martyrs’: Leader

Leader: Iranian healthcare defenders who die in virus fight are martyrs

Ayatollah Khamenei on Tuesday agreed to the proposal put forth by Health Minister Saeed Namaki to designate as “martyrs in the line of duty” the country’s entire medical staff, including doctors and nurses, who have lost their lives in fighting to contain COVID-19, as the novel coronavirus is called.

In his letter to Ayatollah khamenei, Namaki expressed gratitude to the Leader and wished health and success for the hardworking individuals who have endangered their lives to help the country get through this difficult time.

As of Tuesday, 291 deaths have been confirmed from the virus. A total of 8,042 infections have been diagnosed. And 2,731 patients have recovered.

Most of the infections have been reported in the provinces of Tehran, Mazandaran, Isfahan, Rasht and Qom, where the virus was first found.

The coronavirus initially emerged in China late last year and is now spreading in Europe and across the Middle East, sparking fears of a global pandemic.

The illness, whose symptoms are fever, cough and difficulty breathing, may cause lung lesions and pneumonia.

Since December 2019, over 114,510 people have been infected in several countries, with more than 4,020 deaths mostly in China.

Iran Air Says Resuming Flights to Europe

IranAir resuming flights to Europe after four days: Airline

Homa said in a statement on Tuesday that flights to all European destinations will resume as of Wednesday March 11, 2019.

The statement said that resumption of flights had been made possible through intense negotiations with European authorities involving Iran’s foreign ministry and the civil aviation authority (CAO).

The airline said passengers should keep in touch to obtain more information about the resumed flights.

Homa said on Sunday that it would suspend all flights until further notice to all European destinations, insisting that the halt had been caused by unknown restrictions imposed by the European authorities.

CAO officials had denied reports that the restrictions were related to the spread of a new coronavirus in Iran while blaming the United States, which has been pressuring European countries to limit or stop flights from Iran, for the new situation.

Iran’s ambassador to France Bahram Qassemi reacted to the restrictions on Monday by saying that the measures should be regarded as disgraceful at a time Iran is needing help to fight a highly-contagious infection.

Homa and other Iranian airlines have suspended some of their flights to destinations in the Middle East and in the Southeast Asia region mainly because of the surge in the number of coronavirus cases both in Iran and in other countries.

Iran’s health officials said on Tuesday that another 881 people had tested positive for coronavirus, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 8,042.

A total of 291 people have died of the infection in Iran since it began on February 19 while 2,731 patients have recovered from the illness.

Iran Urges Saudis Not to Politicize Coronavirus Issue

Iran’s Visa Issuance Rules Designed to Speed up Travel Procedure: Spokesman

Asked by Sputnik news agency’s reporter about Saudi Arabia’s claim that the passports of Saudi nationals, in particular, are not stamped upon entry into Iran, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi said on Tuesday, “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already provided a description of the issue, and we are surprised that such quite simple subject has been once again mooted by Saudis.”

“We have already made it clear that the Islamic Republic of Iran’s regulations on issuing electronic visa are equal for the nationals of all countries except for the holders of British, American and Canadian passports, and attaching labels and issuing entry and exit stamps (in the passports) are avoided in conformity with the visa policy of many advanced countries,” he explained.

Mousavi underlined that such policy has nothing to do with the citizens of any particular country or with the coronavirus, and advised Saudi Arabia to refrain from politicizing the coronavirus disease and pinning the blame on others in this regard.

His comments came after Saudi Arabia complained that Iran had not stamped the passport of a Saudi citizen, who Riyadh claims has taken the novel coronavirus from Iran to the kingdom, while not declaring the issue to Saudi officials.

Innovation Ecosystem Sole Way to Defeat Coronavirus: Iran VP

Over 5,300 Iranian Knowledge-Based Firms Opened in 6 Years: VP

In comments after inaugurating the technology campus of the science and technology park of Tarbiat Modarres University in Tehran on Tuesday, Sattari said reliance upon the brainpower and creativity of the country’s youth is the sole way out of the current difficult situation.

“We believe that it is the youth who can find a solution for the coronavirus crisis,” the vice president noted.

He emphasized that an economy based upon oil incomes is no more a viable option, saying the domestic capabilities are the key to success at the present era.

There are perfect knowledge-based companies inside Iran producing medical equipment and pharmaceutical products, Sattari noted, saying they can offer people suitable services in the fight against COVID-19.

“The coronavirus epidemic in the country could be handled with knowledge-based creativity, as we have employed untested methods in order to decrease the contagious period of the disease in the country,” the vice president explained.

“The technology and innovation ecosystem must be formed in the country, because the oil and oil-oriented culture do not fulfill the needs of people anymore,” Sattari underlined, saying a country with 34 million young people needs to be governed by the innovation ecosystem.

Only reliance on the domestic capabilities could help Iran weather the tough sanctions and the coronavirus outbreak, he noted, adding that the knowledge-based companies can assist the medical society in the prevention and diagnosis of COVID-19.

Iran is a unique country in the region and the world in the field of biotechnology, the vice president stressed, saying the country takes pride in the synthesis of complicated biopharmaceuticals.

“I believe that biotech is in the Iranians’ blood,” he concluded.

Iran Says US Sanctions Exacerbated Coronavirus Crisis

Iran Threatens to Reconsider Nuclear Cooperation with IAEA

In a letter addressed to the President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), Ali Larijani referred to the cruel US sanctions, saying Washington’s approach is in sharp contrast to the UN Charter and the World Health Organisation statute.

In his letter, a copy of which has been sent to heads of other unions and parliaments of various countries, Larijani stated that not only have Iran’s intensive efforts to help people been undermined, but the sanctions have negatively and undeniably hindered all national, regional and international efforts to contain the virus.

The letter reads as follows:

As you know, the World Health Organisation has declared a state of emergency in some countries and regions of the world due to the increasing prevalence of the Coronavirus. Today, the world and humanity are witnessing an unprecedented international threat and growing concern about the number of countries affected by the virus and its victims. The virus crosses borders every day, threatening all parts of the world. Today’s international situation highlights, more than ever, the need for national, regional and international efforts and mobilisation of all the technical and logistical capabilities to assist countries infected with the virus. Therefore, the need for urgent, effective and comprehensive action to contain this virus is very crucial.

It is regrettable that, under these critical circumstances that the Islamic Republic of Iran is at the forefront of struggles to eradicate the virus with the aim of reducing the human suffering caused by the outbreak, it is systematically subjected to unilateral direct and indirect inhumane sanctions of the US.  This US approach, which is in sharp contrast to the UN Charter and the World Health Organisation Statute, has not only hampered Iran’s intensive efforts to help the affected population and to control the spread of the coronavirus, but also has negative and undeniable effects on all national, regional and international efforts to contain the virus.

At the same time, we are very pleased that some officials and international organisations have recently understood this sensitive international situation, and have called for the immediate lifting of all sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, including sanctions on medical, pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment and other necessary medical stuff.

We believe that the Inter-Parliamentary Union, in accordance with its Statute, as an internationally recognised and effective body that reflects the true views and aspirations of the people and the representatives of the nations, can play a significant role in this regard to participate in the international containment process of this fatal disease. Accordingly, it is now expected that the Union, unambiguously and based on its principles, call for the immediate lifting of all direct and indirect sanctions against Iran, including the medical sanctions.

I am sure you will promote international efforts to overcome this serious challenge to human lives, and you will provide the necessary support to my country in its endless struggle against Corona.
