Iran has denounced Paraguay’s decision to blacklist the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) as illegal, asserting that it aligns with Tel Aviv’s anti-Tehran policies and aims to divert attention from the ongoing genocide in the besieged Gaza Strip by Israel.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Thursday held separate meetings with his counterparts from a number of countries on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
