Waste Management Industry Relies on Temporary Buildings

One of the areas that have benefited most from these campaigns is the waste management industry. Once people became aware of how plastics were damaging the environment, they started demanding packaging that can be recycled. Those whose livelihood depends on waste management have greatly benefited with more materials available for recycling.

With increased material for recycling, the demand for storing, sorting, and processing space has also gone up. Temporary industrial buildings have been found to be the perfect structures to house these items. This is largely because they can be constructed quickly and can be erected where a traditional building cannot be.

Why temporary buildings are the best option for waste management companies

Every waste management company needs space for storing and processing the materials for recycling. Temporary buildings provide a cost-effective solution for this extra space problem. The structures may be temporary, but they can last for as long as 30 years. This is because they are made using strong and durable materials that are resistant to adverse weather conditions.

Temporary industrial buildings can be easily constructed on a hard surface within a very short time. One of the major advantages temporary buildings have is that they can be designed to fit in with your existing buildings. This way you do not have to move from one business premise to another simply because the business has grown.

Moving premises is not needed

Moving from one premise to another can have serious detrimental effects on your business. Your daily operations will be affected, making it quite difficult to offer good service to your existing clients. Your business can even end up retrogressing let alone the hassle of finding a suitable location and the costs involved.

Furthermore, finding an ideal premise that you can move into can take a considerable amount of time. You will also have to incur additional costs in setting up the business, regulatory permissions, and even taxes. That is why temporary building are the perfect option. You can erect them in the extra space near your premises or fit them with the existing premises.

Temporary buildings for waste management

Every business has some waste that it needs to dispose of. Regulations demand that the waste should be effectively disposed of in a manner that will bring no harm to the environment. That is why the waste management industry is a booming business since several companies need to dispose their waste in time. Waste management companies have partnered with businesses from the manufacturing, construction, retail, transport, and hotel industries to help them effectively dispose of their waste.

As the waste management companies become more successful, they find themselves in need of extra space. Enough space is needed to hold products like wheelie bins, front end loaders, and bulk carriers. Temporary buildings are much more effective because they can be erected quickly and are cost-effective and most importantly durable.

Iranian Farmers Start Harvesting Saffron

Saffron is a spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus, commonly known as the “saffron crocus”.

The vivid crimson stigma and styles, called threads, are collected and dried to be used mainly as a seasoning and colouring agent in food.

Saffron has long been the world’s costliest spice by weight. Although some doubts remain on its origin, it is believed that saffron originated in Iran

What follows are photos of saffron harvest in North Khorasan and Golestan provinces in north-east of Iran.

The photos retrieved from ISNA show the saffron farmers of Vamenan village in Golestan province, who cultivate the precious product in 400 hectares of land.

Iran Oil Minister Gives Details of Newly-Discovered Oilfield

Iran Oil Minister Gives Details of Newly-Discovered Oilfield

The oil field discovered by Iranian experts has an estimated 53 billion barrels of reserves, Zangeneh said on Monday. Iran’s largest oil field contains 65 billion barrels and is located in in Ahvaz.

According to Zangeneh, exploration started at the site in 2016, with 31 billion barrels previously discovered. The newly-discovered field adds 22.2 billion barrels to the country’s estimated crude oil reserves.

The new field will also add 2.2 billion barrels of oil to Iran’s production capacity with the current technology which allows for a ten percent recovery rate.

Zangeneh said it could potentially be expanded to south-west and east through further exploration.

The discovery was first announced on Sunday by Iranian president, Hassan Rouhani, in an address to a huge crowd of people in Yazd.

German Band Schiller Stage Performances in Tehran

The renowned music group, which rose to fame in 1988, is staging concerts at the auditorium of the Interior Ministry in Tehran.

This group is named after the 18th-century German poet and dramatist Friedrich Schiller.

Originally it was a duo consisting of Christopher von Deylen (German: [ˈdaɪlen]) and Mirko von Schlieffen. Around 2001 or 2002, von Schlieffen left the band, leaving von Deylen the solo member.

After staging several successful performances in Iran, von Deylen decided to record several symphonies in cooperation with several Iranian artists such as Pirooz Arjmand, Yalda Abbasi, Niloofar Parsa and Pouya Saraee. The cooperation resulted in “Berlin-Tehran”, “Love” and “The Golden Gate” symphonies.

In September 2018 when von Deylen came to Iran to record part of his new album called morgenstun, he worked with Hojjat Ashrafzadeh and Niloofar Parsa to produce several tracks.

Schiller has, so far, performed symphonies such as sommernacht, lightyears, don’t say good bye, geborgenheit, Berlin muskau, shangari la, ultra marin, mitternacht, and midnacht I feel you in Tehran over the past days.

The group will stage its last performance in Tehran on November 11, 2019.

Robert Levinson Has No ‘Criminal’ Case in Iran: Spokesman

“Based on the latest information I received from respected Judiciary officials, Mr [Robert] Levinson has no judicial or criminal case in any of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s courts,” Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi told a press conference on Sunday.

“We speculate that the reports released on the issue are related to his disappearance. When they asked Iran to help find him, the Islamic Republic naturally opened a disappearance case as a humanitarian issue, as it does on any other people who go missing in Iran,” he added.

“But this case is not criminal or judicial, as some are trying to misrepresent. It’s just the case of a person’s disappearance.”

Mousavi said based on the request submitted to Iran, the Islamic Republic is pursuing the issue with good will and for humanitarian grounds.

“We have already announced a number of times that we don’t have any information about this person’s fate. But if we can do anything to shed light on his condition, wherever he is, we are ready to do so,” he vowed.

“That doesn’t mean he has an open case in Iran. We deal with it just like other disappearance cases, and his name can be among the missing people, which we will do anything we can to find,” Mousavi noted.

NBC News on Saturday cited a filing to the UN’s Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances as saying, “According to the last statement of Tehran’s Justice Department, Mr. Robert Alan Levinson has an ongoing case in the Public Prosecution and Revolutionary Court of Tehran.”

Levinson’s family claimed Iran had told both the UN and their lawyer it has an open case “about our husband and father.”

“We welcome Iran’s taking the first step to finally end this nightmare. Now it is time to send him home to us,” the family said in a statement.

US President Donald Trump also reacted to the report on Sunday, urging Iran to “turn over” the missing FBI agent who disappeared during an unauthorized secret mission for the CIA in 2007.

The Trump administration offered a reward this month of up to $20 million for information about Robert Levinson’s disappearance in Iran 12 years ago.

Trump weighed in on Sunday tweeting, “If Iran is able to turn over to the US kidnapped former FBI Agent Robert A. Levinson, who has been missing in Iran for 12 years, it would be a very positive step.”

The president did not elaborate but he seemed to link Levinson’s case to Iran’s nuclear program.

Trump pulled the US last year unilaterally out of Iran’s 2015 nuclear deal, which saw Tehran limit its enrichment of uranium in exchange for the lifting of economic sanctions.
