Iran’s Nature in Photos: Ardal & Mashayekh Region

Located in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Ardal and Mashayekh is a temperate mountainous region with magnificent sceneries.

Ardal, the land of roaring waters and stunning mountains, is a summer residence of Bakhtiari tribe. The main vegetation of this area is oak forests.

Helen Protected Area is located in Ardal county. The famous waterfall of Darreh-Eshq (love valley) with a height of more than 100 metres is another attraction of this region.
