Chai-churak, or tea-bread in local language, is a small bread made of flour, water, milk, sugar, eggs, oil and sesame seeds.
Confectionery stores in Iran’s Zanjan province specially have this bread on offer during the holy Islamic month of Ramadan.
It has a special place in the Iftar meals of the fasting month.
