A look at Iranian newspaper front pages on Oct. 18

Iranian dailies on Saturday gave extensive coverage to the comments of the Supreme Leader in a meeting with Ramadan Abdullah, the leader of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The other top story of the day was the end of an 8^th round of nuclear talks between Iran and P5+1 and the comments of both sides afterward. On the international front, the dailies featured the latest news about the developments of Kobani, including the retreat of ISIL militants to the outskirts of the Syrian town on the border with Turkey.
