Located in Hendijan, southern Iran, Bahrakan is known as the largest fishing port in the country.
Bahrakan is not only an important tourist attraction, but also a major hub for fishing the pink shrimp and other high quality shrimp of Persian Gulf.
Last year, more than 14,000 tonnes of aquatic species were caught in this city, of which 500 tonnes were allocated for exports.
