President Hassan Rouhani said here on Saturday that the regional countries are eyeing at the upcoming elections slated for February 26.
President Rouhani made the remarks in a ceremony on “laborers and future of the Iranian economy”.
He reiterated that the Iranian nation would never let the remarks of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution go unheard.
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei has urged Iranians to make a strong turnout in the elections.
‘Massive turnout in the elections would pave the way for economic prosperity, further investment and youth employment,’ he added.
Elections for the 10th term of the Parliament as well as the 5th term of the Assembly of Experts will take place simultaneously on February 26.
