Iran’s DM Says Saudi Arabia Should Be Excluded from Syria Peace Process

Iranian Defence Minister has told a Russian TV channel that Saudi Arabia should not be allowed to take part in the Syrian peace process.

In an interview with Russia’s RT TV station, Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan has reportedly said that Saudi Arabia’s insistence that President Bashar al-Assad should step down meant Riyadh should not participate in future Syrian peace talks.
