Shimbar or Shirin Bahar plain is the border between the southwestern Iranian provinces of Khuzestan and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari.

It is one of the most attractive recreational spots in the region with a scattered rural and nomadic population of 10,000 people.

The tourism spot, with its forest, waterfall, river, and mountain draws many nature trekkers and mountain climbers.
