He had defeated Aiaal Lazarev of Kyrgyzstan, Canadian Amar Dhesi and Turkey’s Taha Akgül on his way to the final.
Earlier in the day, Akgül and Azerbaijan’s Giorgi Meshvildishvili had won bronze medals.
