Christians in Iran Preparing for New Year

Armenian residents of Isfahan, the majority of whom live in Jolfa neighbourhood, hold annual celebrations on Christmas and the new Christian year.

Each year, the Vank Church, a historic and sacred site in Jolfa, is decorated on the birthday anniversary of Jesus Christ and the New Year’s Eve.
