The ringleader of a terror cell affiliated with the ISIS terrorist group has been apprehended in the southeastern Iranian province of Sistan-and-Baluchestan.
Fars News Agency reported, the detainee had been seeking to recruit members, create netwroks, establish bases for terrorist operations and conduct acts of sabotage.
According to the agency, by opening different accounts in social media networks, the terrorist had manged to form teams in hardly negotiable areas using foreign nationals and local mercenaries.
