A Look at Iranian Newspaper Front Pages on February 6

IFP has taken a look at the front pages of Iranian newspapers on Tuesday, February 6, and picked headlines from 12 of them. IFP has simply translated the headlines and does not vouch for their accuracy.

Several papers today covered the beginning of President Hassan Rouhani’s project to renovate the country’s transportation system, and its impacts on the environment and growth of employment.

Also a top story was the water crisis in Iran and the remarks made by Issa Kalantari, the chief of Environment Department.

The withdrawal of US forces from Iraq and their relocation to Afghanistan was among other top stories today.
