Many newspapers today covered the efforts made by the Central Bank of Iran to control the forex market, in which the dollar rate has particularly increased to an unprecedented level.

President Hassan Rouhani’s idea of holding a plebiscite on the country’s controversial issues also remained a top story as several reformist papers discussed the issue through interviews with theorists and analysts.
