A Look at Iranian Newspaper Front Pages on April 12

IFP has taken a look at the front pages of Iranian newspapers on Wednesday and picked headlines from 13 of them. IFP has simply translated the headlines and does not vouch for their accuracy.

The top story today was the remarks made by Iran’s Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a meeting with a group of Iranian officials. Most newspapers highlighted the Leader’s remarks about the need to focus on production and employment.

Iran’s presidential election, particularly the reports of the first day of registration, also received great coverage.
