Iranian World Heritage Site to Host World-Class Concerts

Iranian ensembles the Kamkars and Shams, the pianist Shahrdad Rohani, and Spanish Flamenco guitarist Antonio Rey are scheduled to give concerts at Bisotun, a UNESCO World Heritage site located in Kermanshah Province.

The concerts are slated to be performed from August 24 to 28, Tehran Times reported.

They have been organized to raise people’s awareness about cultural heritage, the organizers announced in a press release on Monday, July 25.
