Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has held talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba.
In a phone conversation on Monday, Zarif and Kuleba conferred on the latest developments in bilateral relations, the fight against COVID-19, and the Ukrainian plane tragedy.
