Davoud Hermidas Bavand, PhD in international relations and an esteemed Iranian foreign policy expert, passed away this afternoon on Sunday.
He was born in 1934 in Tehran and completed his high school education in Firoz Bahram.
After graduating from Tehran University, he earned a doctorate in international relations in the United States.
In addition to providing advisory consultations to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hermidas Bavand also had teaching experience in Tehran universities.
