Hossein Jaberi Ansari, who left Tehran for Moscow on Monday afternoon, will hold a meeting with Bogdanov, the Russian President’s Special Envoy for the Middle East and Africa, to discuss the latest developments in Syria, particularly the events following the nationwide ceasefire, brokered by Russia and the US, that went into effect on Monday and is expected to hold for the next five days.
The two sides will also exchange views on other regional developments and issues of mutual interest, Mehr reported.
