Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi has expressed regret over the deadly floods caused by monsoon rain in India, which left hundreds of people dead and missing.
In a statement on Saturday, Qassemi offered sympathy to the Indian government and nation and the families of the victims over the tragic incident.
