Hazelnut Harvest in Northern Iranian Village

Iranian farmers in Ammarloo village in Roodbar County, Gilan Province, have started harvesting their hazelnut gardens. 400 tons of hazelnut are expected to be harvested from the County’s gardens.

18,000 hectares of Gilan Province fields are used for cultivation of hazelnut, and the province produces 90% of the country’s total hazelnut production.
