BBC Says Americans Will Leave Iraq, Iranians Will Remain

The state-run British Broadcasting Channel (BBC) says Iraq has turned to the backyard of Iranians, and the annual Arba’een pilgrimage showed that Iranian popular forces, rather than Americans, will stay in the Arab country.

According to a report by Kayhan newspaper, as translated by IFP, the Persian website of BBC wrote that the flock of Iranian pilgrims to the Iraqi territory during Arba’een pilgrimage indicates that the Arab country has turned to Iran’s backyard.

It also conveys the clear message that Americans forces will leave Iraq, and the ones who stay are the Iranian ‘popular forces’.
