Jirya; Iranian Village Globally Known for Its Carpets

Jirya is the name of a small village in Markazi province, central Iran, where a unique carpet with international reputation is woven.

The rugs of Jirya, dating back to hundreds of years ago, are popular among European and American businesspeople.
