Iranian president visits holy shrines during Iraq trip

Iran’s President Massoud Pezeshkian, who is on a trip to neighboring Iraq as his first official trip as the newly-elected president, visited on Thursday the al-Kazimiyya shrine located in the suburb of Baghdad, which houses the burial places of the 7th Shia Imam, Musa al-Kazim, and his son and the 9th Shia Imam, Imam Jawad.
