A senior business official voiced his satisfaction with the positive results of a recent visit by Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and a 60-strong delegation to Poland.
Speaking to IRNA, Mohsen Jalalpour, Chairman of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, said that Zarif was also satisfied with the visit.
Jalalpour also expressed his hope that the visit could bring about fruitful economic results for the two countries.
He added that Iran’s Foreign Ministry has also voiced its readiness to make arrangements for similar visits to other countries in the near future.
Touching upon the achievements of the Iranian delegation’s visit to Poland, he added that the two sides had penned several cooperation agreements and MoUs in the fields of oil, gas, energy, and foodstuffs, as well as medical equipment.
Thanks to the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iran and the global community are narrowing the gap in fostering mutual cooperation, Jalalpour noted.
Iran’s politico-economic delegation embarked on its European tour by visiting Poland on Sunday May 29. The tour then stops at Finland, Sweden and Lithuania.
