A senior Iranian lawmaker has warned about the US plan to sell nuclear power plants to Saudi Arabia, suggesting that the Israeli regime could be eliminated by the Saudi nuclear bombs.

“The fate of the monarchy’s crown and Saudi Arabia’s nuclear bomb are similarly unpredictable. Israel will be wiped out by Saudi nuclear bombs,” Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh, the chairman of Iran’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, tweeted on Wednesday.
The tweet came in reaction to a new report by a US congressional committee warning that the Donald Trump administration is bypassing the US Congress to advance the sale of US nuclear power plants to Saudi Arabia.
Security analysts are concerned that the technology would allow Saudi Arabia to produce nukes in the future, Al Jazeera reported.
