The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey as guarantors of the Astana format have issued a statement on the latest efforts to restore peace to Syria.
The statement was released at the end of a trilateral meeting and consultations with the UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for Syria Mr. Geir O. Pedersen in Geneva on 29 October 2019.
