Artifacts returned from France to Iran on display

A collection of 29 historical objects of the period between five thousand years ago and the Islamic era was recently returned to Iran through the efforts of the Iranian cultural counsellor in France.

They had been taken out of Iran by France’s ambassador to Iran during the Second World War.

These historical objects such as pottery pieces, and a pot made of pitch date back to the middle Ilam period.

The artifacts will remain on display through April 20.
