An informed source says the Republic of Azerbaijan will reopen its embassy in Tehran in the near future.

Iran’s ambassador to Baku says that the Republic of Azerbaijan’s Embassy is set to reopen in Tehran soon, more than a year after it was closed in reaction to an armed attack on the embassy.

The Iranian foreign minister says the Azerbaijan Republic is to return its ambassador to Iran in the near future.
