1. The program covers most expenses for VIP guests, excluding flight fares and Visa expenses (if applicable). Selected companies receive a complimentary booth. ELE Pitch is available at no cost for innovative products that bring value to Iranian companies, with 10 slots available for reservation with payment.

2. the organizer does not assume responsibility for additional expenses such as CIP reservations, in-room hotel services, personal costs, and extended accommodation.

3. Guests are expected to actively participate in B2B meetings and adhere to the delegation's itinerary.

1. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication during all professional events, including B2B meetings, sessions, and visits.

2. The organizer will arrange accommodation for all guests in one of Tehran's luxurious five-star hotels and will cover a significant portion of the associated costs outlined in this document.

3. All meetings, whether suggested by the Iranian organizer or proposed by Iranian companies, will be communicated to the guests. Confirmation of each meeting is subject to the guest's acceptance.

4. This program is designed as a prestigious event, and guests should hold official positions within their respective companies, preferably as CEOs or Chairmen.

5. The program organizer provides support for one representative from each invited company. Additional participants from the same company may attend at their own expense. Twin room accommodation can be arranged at no cost for two persons from the same company.

6. Guests should inform the organizer of any meetings outside the program schedule. While the organizer will make efforts to assist with transportation and coordination, they are not entirely responsible for such meetings.
