Iran-Mongolia Relations

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and Mongolian Deputy Foreign Minister Batmunkh Battsetseg have discussed expansion of mutual cooperation in a meeting in Tehran.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani hailed the growing bilateral relations with Mongolia and said all potentials should be tapped to further boost the two countries’ ties in all areas.

A Mongolian official has denounced the recent sanctions imposed by the United States on Iran, Russia and North Korea.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and a senior foreign policy advisor to Mongolian president have held talks in Tehran.
